For products covered under a warranty replacement, once parts are ordered a technician will go out to your location for a service call. Date and time will be arranged prior to the service call. If the parts/repair that you require are not covered under the vendor’s warranty policy, Workplace Resource will send a quotation including parts, labor and cost of diagnosis (if necessary).
