WSP is one of the world’s leading engineering consulting firms. WSP partnered with HOK and Workplace Resource to modernize their corporate real estate with innovative sustainable design, prioritize employees, enable flexible work environments and implement a furniture standards program across Canada.

Through a live design session Workplace Resource developed a solution for the Laval office that served employee wellbeing and future adaptability requirements. Despite constant changing COVID19 orders, the project was installed utilizing Herman Miller’s Last Mile methodology. To minimize risk and promote employee engagement in the new office environments ‘I’ and ‘we’ work settings, HOK and Workplace Resource supported a 12-month multinational change management program.

What initially started off as a pilot project evolved into a partnership. Workplace Resource is a long-term single source for 19 different vendor products, providing future forward reconfigurable designs for other locations, and workplace services for their employees and offices.
